We’re Ms. Hana’s Korean Bistro!

Korean born and American raised, this concept was inspired by the food of my childhood and named after my Mom’s first restaurant, Hana Korean Kitchen, where she was lovingly known as “Ms. Hana”.

We are more than a food truck. We’re a brand on a mission to revolutionize the Colorado food scene (and beyond!) by bringing a new Korean-American offering to the fast-food market.

When a meal at your average fast-food/quick service restaurant is averaging $15-$20 for processed mystery meat and cold fries, it quickly loses its value.

With always fresh ingredients and small-batch, multi-generational recipes, we prioritize quality and wellness over profit. We are proud to launch in Colorado and hope you’ll follow along with our progress!
